Blue Surf Productions focuses on designing and creating education solutions for organizations and individuals. We have a passion for creating highly engaging interactive, in-person, virtual, and on-demand learning experiences designed to help people meet their knowledge and skills goals in both their professional and personal environments.
Our founder, Ilona Serrao, has nearly 30 years experience in adult learning, holds a Master’s in Education and is passionate about empowering adults to achieve their inspired goals.
Initially focused on technical education for companies like Novell and Cisco Systems, Ilona's success included co-founding world renowned and award winning programs such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Professional (CCNP) certifications which are both still active. She has also led training organizations in developing innovative education programs as a response to the ever evolving educational landscape, and has consulted with service providers, large enterprises and the federal government on how to use their technical curriculum programs to achieve their technology adoption and transformational goals. Most recently Ilona was privileged to consult and contributed to the NASA Transform to Open Science training program. (https://openscience101.org/)
